Two plans, both billed per clinic per month in INR. Adding a therapist, a coordinator or a parent account does not change what you pay, so put the whole team on it.

We quote per clinic once we know your team size and whether you run assessments in-house — tell us both and you will have exact numbers the same day.
Why we do not charge per seat
Charging per seat works against what the software is meant to do. Once every login has a price on it, clinics start sharing accounts, leaving part-time staff off the system and never quite getting round to giving parents access. The record ends up with holes in it, which rather defeats the point of keeping one.
So we charge per clinic. Add whoever you need.

Pricing questions
How much does Tosai cost?
We quote per clinic instead of publishing one number, because which plan suits you depends on the size of your team and whether you run assessments in house. Tell us both and we will send exact figures. There are only two plans, so it is a short conversation.
Is Tosai priced per user?
No. Both plans are billed per clinic per month. Therapist, coordinator and parent accounts are unlimited and do not change the price.
What is the difference between the two plans?
Core covers clinic operations: scheduling, session notes, goal tracking, the parent portal, billing and HR. Core + AI Assessment adds the 8-step clinical intake, CARS-2 and ISAA scoring in the app, optional AI video analysis and unlimited generated clinical reports.
Can we start on Core and add AI assessment later?
Yes. The assessment module reads the same child records, so moving up a plan does not mean re-entering anything.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Ask during the demo and we will set your clinic up with your own session types and rates, so you are trying it on your own workflow rather than a sample one.
How long does setup take?
Clinics are usually live inside a week. Setup covers session types, rates and working hours, with hands-on help moving your existing client list across, then inviting the team and creating child profiles.
